Autel Warranty Details

​

• Coverage Period: Autel warrants to its customers that products will be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

   

• Effective Date: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase or the date the tool is registered.

   

• Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please visit the Autel Warranty & Returns portal.

   

What is Not Covered

The limited manufacturer warranty typically does not apply to:

 

• Products that are lost or stolen.

   

• Physical damage, including cracked screens, broken cases, chemical exposure, fire, or liquid damage.

   

• Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized disassembly and modification.

   

• Issues caused by insufficient or excessive electrical supply or abnormal environmental conditions.

   

• Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

   

• Products not used in accordance with the provided instructions or intended use.
