30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the unit is unused and unregistered. Once a product has been registered, no refund will be authorized under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return

​

To begin the return process, please contact us before sending back any item. You must provide your serial number so we can confirm the unit has not been registered. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
 

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unit must be unused and unregistered

• Original packaging must be intact (box, foam, plastic bags, etc.)

• All accessories included (cables, carrying case, chargers, etc.)

• All manuals, warranty cards, and documentation included

• UPC barcode must be intact - removal voids the return

 

Any unit returned in used condition or missing components will not receive a full refund. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

 

Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Items

​

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. Please have your order details and serial number ready when you reach out.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
