Only new unit returns accepted, any used items will not be accepted.  Serial number must be provided prior to sending back to ensure that the unit Autel North America. Any unit sent back missing components, or in used condition, will not receive a full refund.

Unit will be sent out within two business days of receiving payment. Unit will be sent best way ground, and tracking number will be emailed once available.
